In order to reduce the likelihood of being the victim of a theft, the Police Department would like to remind all Winfield residents to close all windows and lock all doors when leaving your vehicle unattended. Please remind family and friends that they should take this step even when parked in your driveway or the street in front of your home.

Overnight Parking Online Registration
Street parking is prohibited between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM of any day. Overnight parking requests may be made by calling 630-933-7160 or by registering online.

Operation of Oversize/Overweight Vehicles Permit
The Village of Winfield requires a permit for operation of oversize/overweight vehicles on Village of Winfield roadways. Permits can be obtained at Oxcart Permits. Fees are governed by Village of Winfield Ordinance 6-1-4, also available online. Any questions should be emailed to Corporal Ben Olson or emailed to Officer Mike DeWitt.
