A once per year credit will be allowed for those residential users who incur a one-time, unusually heavy water use that will not be discharged into the sanitary sewer system, i.e. filling a swimming pool.

To be eligible for such a credit, the resident must use a pool meter that is supplied by the Village. There are a limited number of these meters available and are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents wishing to rent one of these meters must come to the Village Hall during normal business hours.

The cost to rent this meter is $5, with a $60 deposit. Meters can be rented for a period of three calendar days. The $60 deposit is refunded when the meter is returned.
