Finance Department
The Winfield Finance Department is
overseen by the Finance Director under
the Village Manager's supervision. The primary
responsibility of the Finance Dept. is planning, implementing, and overseeing the budget,
maintaining daily financial operations for the Village, and overseeing the
utility billing process. The Finance
Department also assists in the planning of the debt and investment policies for
the Village.
The Winfield Finance Department is pleased to
provide residents with additional payment options by now accepting
VISA,
MasterCard,
Discover, and
American Express
credit cards, as well as offering
ON-LINE BILL PAYMENT
for water bills, Parking Fines, and other
payments. The link below will direct you to the Illinois Funds E-Pay site
which will provide this on-line payment option.
Please allow 2 business
days for your payment to be posted. If payment is being made to avoid water
shut-off, you must call the Finance Department at (630) 933-7100.
